Video: Wurlitzer 200A with contact mic
Recording the Wurlitzer 200A electric piano with a contact mic (piezo pickup) to capture the mechanical noise from the keys and sustain pedal. The signal from the contact mic is then blended in with the direct signal.
I also added a bit of room reverb from the Chase Bliss Audio & Meris CXM 1978 and recorded it to a cassette tape for some extra color and saturation.
Instrument: Wurlitzer 200A.
